Division 3 By-Election
The by-election for the Office of Councillor for Division 3 in Logan City Council is to be held on Saturday 9 May 2009. This is due to the incumbent ceasing to be a Councillor to contest the State election on Saturday 21 March 2009.
Postal votes will be available to eligible voters who are unable to visit a polling booth on election day. Postal vote application forms are available by either downloading the application for declaration vote form (pdf) or by contacting Council on 3412 4333. Applications for postal voting must be received by 6 pm on Thursday 7 May 2009.
